production process

From raw material sourcing to the final product, every step of our production is carried out within our group of specialized cluster companies, ensuring complete traceability, consistency, and excellence.

Raw Material Sourcing
We work exclusively with local nomadic herders to source the highest quality raw cashmere, hand-combed using traditional methods.

Primary Processing
The raw fibers are carefully classified, scoured and dehaired using advanced, high-precision machinery to preserve fiber quality and integrity.

Yarn Production
We produce our yarn using advanced equipment from Italy, Japan, and Switzerland—covering the full process of dyeing, blending, carding, spinning, twisting, and winding.

Knitting
Garments are knitted using computer-controlled knitting machines from STOLL (Germany) and SHIMA SEIKI (Japan), known for precision and innovation in knitwear.

Dial linking & Finishing
We use high-performance equipment from Italy, Japan, and Sweden, including Conti Completti, Naomoto and Electrolux, to carry out the dial linking, washing and final finishing processes.

Quality Control
Every stage—from raw fiber to finished product—is subject to strict quality inspection. Each item is evaluated for softness, technical precision, color consistency, and overall excellence.
